Sandhu Cloth House LTD located at 8430 128 street Surrey, BC V3W 0K8 is urgently looking to hire 1 full time/permanent retail store manager
Duties Include:
Managing and assigning duties to staff.
Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales.
Determine merchandise and services to be sold.
Implement price and credits policies.
Modifying merchandise for resale.
Execute marketing strategies.
Monitor revenues and plan budgets.
Determine staffing requirements.
Resolve problems that arise such as consumer complaints and supply shortages.
Plan, organise, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
Recruit and supervise staff or volunteers.
Education- Completion of secondary school is required
Language at work- English
Experience- minimum 3 years of experience is required.
Salary is $ 31.00/hour (40hours per week).
