Job Description

GSK MECHANICAL LTD. located at 12907 Carluke Cr, Surrey BC Canada V3V 6Y9 is urgently looking to hire 2 Full-time/Permanent Gas fitters

Job Duties:
Install and maintain meters, regulators, gas lines between gas unit, gas meter and service gas heating units and their components.

Measure and mark reference points for installation of gas lines and equipment.

Test and replace defective equipment or components and check piping connections for gas leaks using gas detecting devices.

Study drawings and specifications to determine the layout of the installation and materials required.

Advise clients regarding standards, safety features and maintenance of gas units and systems.

Completion of secondary school, college program in related field, minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience and good skills in English language are required.
Salary is $ 34.50 /hour (40hours per week).
