Finest Plumbing & Heating Ltd located at 14294 hyland Rd Surrey, BC V3W 2C5 is urgently looking to hire 2 Full-time/Permanent Gas fitter
Job duties:
- Measure and mark reference points for installation of gas lines and equipment
- Install and maintain meters and regulators and gas lines between gas unit and gas meter
- Install, maintain and service gas heating units and their components
- Prepare tenders and quotations
- Repair and service gas appliances and related equipment
- Attend to gas escape calls and assist in the investigation of gas fires and explosions
- Instruct apprentices
- Test and adjust control mechanisms and check pipes and piping connections for gas leaks using gas detecting devices
- Estimate costs and materials
- Install and service propane and natural gas filling stations
Education : Completion of secondary school is required
Experience : Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience is required
Language-English
Wage : $35.00/Hour (40hours per week).
