Job Description
Lettuce Eat Restaurants Inc o/a freshii located at 1767 152 St #5, Surrey BC Canada V4A 4N3 is urgently looking to hire 1 Full-time/Permanent Food service supervisors.
Duties Include:
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff.
Supervise and check assembly of trays.
Ensure food service and quality control.
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
Prepare staff’s work schedules.
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
Prepare food order summaries for chef and submit reports.
Make sure that equipment is handled safely.
Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
Completion of secondary school and minimum 1-2 years of work experience is required along with being good in speaking English. Salary is $ 20.00 /hour (40hours per week).
