Job Description

1313 9. FARMS LTD. located at Surrey, BC V3S 0L2 is urgently looking to hire 2 Full-time/Permanent Farm workers supervisors.
Job Duties :

Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures

Maintain financial and production records

Negotiate with clients for provision of services

Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers

Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed

Maintain quality control and production records

Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations

Maintain work records and logs

Hire and train staff

Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment

Language at work- English

Education : Completion of secondary school is required

Experience : Minimum 1- 2 years of related work experience is required
Salary : $ 20.00 /hour (40 hours per week).
Indigenous people, Newcomers to Canada, Visible minorities and Youth are most welcome .
