Job Description
Pure Fruits Inc is actively looking to hire 10 full time/permanent Farm Workers to work at their farm located at 13795 Hale Road Pitt Meadow. Farm Workers will be paid $15.20 per hour + 4% vacation pay paid biweekly. Workers will be offered minimum 40 hours per week and overtime rate of $21.9 will start after 40 hours.
Following are the general duties of the farm workers:
– Plant, cultivate, irrigate, harvest, and prune the crops.
– Update farm manager about the crop progress and the detected diseases or problems in the crop.
– Operate farm machinery and equipment.
– Examine produce for quality and prepare it for market.
– Set and maintain water pipes.
No experience, education, and language requirements.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, bending.
