Job Description

1081755 BC LTD. (Head Office: 35593 Jade Drive Abbotsford, BC Canada V3G 3E7) is urgently looking to hire 2 fulltime/permanent Farm Supervisors to work at their farm located at 25258 32 Ave, Aldergrove, BC V4W 3E8

Job Duties – 

Supervision and year around coordinating the work of general farm workers in planting, cultivating and harvesting.

Train new workers.

Oversee the overall handling of produce.

Prepare reports and maintain records of the farm equipment.
Develop work schedule of the farm workers.
Meet production targets and maintain quality control.
Ensure that work is done in a timely manner and health/safety policies are followed.

Must work outdoors in extreme weather conditions and in a physically demanding fast paced environment.
Updating owner about the progress.

High school completion, 1-2 years of related work experience and proficiency in English is required.

Salary is $20/hour ( minimum 40 hrs/week )
