Job Description

1081755 BC LTD. ( Head Office: 35593 Jade Drive Abbotsford, BC  Canada V3G 3E7) is looking to hire 1 fulltime/permanent Farm Supervisor to work at their farm located at 10620 Farms Rd Mission BC Canada V2V 4J1

Job Duties – 

Supervision and year around coordinating the work of general farm workers in planting, cultivating and harvesting.

Train new workers.

Oversee the overall handling of produce.

Develop work schedule of the farm workers.
Meet production targets and maintain quality control.
Ensure that work is done in a timely manner and health/safety policies are followed.

Prepare reports and maintain records of the farm equipment.
Must work outdoors in extreme weather conditions and in a physically demanding fast paced environment.
Updating owner about the progress.

High school completion, 1-2 years of related work experience and knowledge of English is required.

Salary is $20/hour ( minimum 40 hrs/week )
