1081755 BC LTD. ( Head Office: 35593 Jade Drive Abbotsford, BC Canada V3G 3E7) is looking to hire 2 fulltime/permanent Farm Supervisors to work at their farm located at 11428 Stave Lake Rd, Mission BC Canada V2V 4J1
Duties Include –Â
Supervision and year around coordinating the work of general farm workers in planting, cultivating and harvesting.
Oversee the overall handling of produce.
Train new workers.
Develop work schedule of the farm workers.
Meet production targets and maintain quality control.
Ensure that work is done in a timely manner and health/safety policies are followed.
Prepare reports and maintain records of the farm equipment.
Must work outdoors in extreme weather conditions and in a physically demanding fast paced environment.
Updating owner about the progress.
High school completion, 1-2 years of relevant work experience and good skills in English are required.
Salary is $20/hour ( minimum 40 hours per week)
