J.R. Electric Ltd. located at 13973 90 Avenue Surrey, British Columbia V3V 1C2 Canada is urgently looking to hire 1 Full-time/Permanent Electrician supervisor.
Duties Include:
Supervise and provide leadership to maintenance staff.
Conduct employee performance reviews and recommend development plans.
Maintain a work schedule for staff, ensuring appropriate coverage for all electrical activities .
Oversee planned maintenance activities on all electrical equipment.
Train or arrange for training.
Maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
Prepare routine and special system operation reports.
Completion of secondary school, minimum 2-3 years of relevant trade experience and good proficiency in English language are required.
Salary is $ 38.00 /hour (40hours per week).
