Job Description

10118072 MANITOBA LTD. DBA The Home Hotel located at 488 S Railway St, Boissevain, MB R0K 0E0 looking to hire 2 Full-time/Permanent cooks.

Duties include:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Organize and manage buffets and banquets

Salary is $17.00/hour(40 hours/week).

Languages

English

Education

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years
