Job Description

Rainbow Granite and Marble Inc. located at Surrey, British Columbia V3W 8J9 is urgently looking to hire 1 Full-time/Permanent Bookkeeper

Duties Include:

Manage all accounts receivables and payables, creation of all purchase orders and invoices.

Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.

Distribute monthly owner statements Reconcile accounts.

Prepare trial balance of books.

Calculate fixed assets and depreciation.

Prepare statistical, financial and accounting reports.

Prepare tax returns.

Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.

Filing and additional office support to property managers.

Completion of secondary school and minimum 1-2 years of work experience is required along with being good in English.

Salary is $ 35.00/hour (40hours per week).

on site- Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
