Job Description

The Cleaning Crew Janitorial Services Inc. located at 13677 59a avenue Surrey, BC V3X 3K9 is looking to hire 1 full time / permanent Janitorial services manager.

Duties Include:
Manage all accounts receivables and payables, creation of all purchase orders and invoices.
Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
Distribute monthly owner statements Reconcile accounts.
Prepare trial balance of books.
Calculate fixed assets and depreciation.
Prepare statistical, financial and accounting reports.
Prepare tax returns.
Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
Filing and additional office support to property managers.
Education : Completion of secondary school is required
Experience : Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience is required
Salary : $ 27.00 /hour (40 hours per week).
