Job Description

LYRA LOU CAKES INC. located at Surrey, BC V3W 1Z1 is looking to hire 1 full time/ permanent Bakery manager – retail.

Duties include:

  • Manage staff and assign duties
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Determine staffing requirements
  • Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Conduct performance reviews

Salary is $31.50/hour(40 hours/week).

There is a requirement of english language.

Education

  • College/CEGEP

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years
