Job Description

OCEAN TIRE TERMINAL LTD. located at Surrey, BC V3W 6W1 is looking to hire 1 full time /permanent Administrative assistant.

Duties include:

Supervise other workers

Determine and establish office procedures and routines

Manage contracts

Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages

Answer electronic enquiries

Respond to employee questions and complaints

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas

Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems

Provide customer service

Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support

 

Language– English

Minimum 1 to less than 7 months experience  and high school graduation certificate are required.

Salary is $28.50 / hour (40 hours/week).
