Job Description
Rainbow Granite and Marble Inc. located at 218-8322 130 ST Surrey, British Columbia V3W 8J9 is urgently looking to hire 1 Full-time/Permanent Graphic designer.
Duties include:
Estimate costs of materials and time to complete graphic designs and illustrations
Adapt existing illustrations
Work in a multidisciplinary environment
Co-ordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual or electronic materials
Co-ordinate sub-contracting
Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements and content of communications materials
Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication
Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients’ objectives
Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers
Prepare sketches, layouts and graphic elements
Use existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides
Completion of secondary school and 1-2 years of work experience is required along with being good in English.
Salary is $ 31.00/hour (40hours per week).
